Registration fees

EAS member registration fees The general rule regarding the member-rate registration at EAS Congresses is: Payment of EAS annual membership subscription (from January 01-December 31 each year) means that you are eligible to pay member-rate registration fees when attending the EAS Congress the following year. Become an EAS member

Fees for onsite participation (in Euro) apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadline.

Fees for online, streamed participation

Note: * To be eligible to register at EAS member registration fee for the EAS 2022 Milan, you must have paid your EAS individual membership fee for 2021 to the Society. If your EAS membership fee for 2021 has not been paid by the end of the year, the non-member registration fee will apply at the EAS 2022 Milan.

** Students – In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the Online – registration.

Register as a non-member

Fees for onsite category include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Invitation to the Welcome Reception on May 26
• Entrance to the exhibition and poster area
• Refreshments during the Congress coffee breaks
• 3 months access to all the sessions’ recording on demand.
• Access to online content and networking opportunities.

All participants are obliged to wear the name tag at all times. Access to the Congress venue/sessions will not be granted without the name tag.

Fees for online category include:

• Open access to all presentations and session recordings. Create your own schedule, attend any and all of the sessions whenever and wherever. Available for 3 months on demand.
• Network with colleagues. Browse a list of participants and click on their name to contact them.
• Earn CME credits. Participate in the scientific programme and be eligible to receive the number of CME credits attributed to the virtual congress.
• Access all the e-posters. Browse research on the hottest topics published in the congress digital abstract book

Press

We offer complimentary registration for members of the press; however, press credentials are required.

Confirmation of registration

An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat

Payment methods

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express

By Bank Transfer: 

• Additional 30 EUR handling fee is required.
• Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Conversion of Registration Category

Up to the 22 April 2022 you will be able to change your registration category at no charge. For example, if you registered to attend in person at Milan, you will be able to change your registration category to ‘online’ and receive a refund of the difference in fees. Please note that when changing your registration category, the fee that will apply will be based on the registration fee and category applicable at the time the change is made.              

As of the 23 April 2022 there will be no refunds for changing your registration category. Should you wish to upgrade your registration from ‘online” to an ‘onsite’ attendance, you will be required to pay the difference applicable based on the registration fee and category at the time the change is made.                                                                                                                         

Cancellations

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to reg_eas22@kenes.com
Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Cancellations received until and including March 24, 2022 – full refund.
• Cancellations received between March 25​ and May 12, 2022 – 50% will be refunded.
• As of May 13, 2022 – no refund will be made.

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, the Bank transfer handling fee (30 Euro) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
