Plenary Educational Symposium
- Opportunity to organise an Official Non-CME Industry Session in a Plenary Hall, up to 75 minutes (Programme subject to the approval by the EAS 2022 Committee).
- Includes hall rental, standard audio/visual equipment, and display table.
- Permission to use the phrase “Official Symposium of the EAS 2022 Congress”.
- Sponsored Symposia Programme will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Programme/Website/App (subject to receipt by publishing deadline).
- Time Slots: allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Industry sessions will be clearly indicated in the meeting timetable/Programme as: “Industry Session” not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering”.
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.
NOTE: The supporting company in addition to the support fee must cover all speakers’ expenses including:
- Registration fee
- Accommodation
- Travel expenses
This also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the Congress. In this case, the company will support the amount of nights as per congress policy.

Special lecture
A special lecture of 45 minutes in parallel can also be sponsored. This should be a lecture of high scientific quality given by a well-known investigator on a frontline subject. The lecture is primarily offered to our corporate partners or to sponsors of an educational symposium. However, in exceptional circumstances, other sponsors may also be accepted if the lecture is of very high scientific quality and interest. Please note that parallel educational sessions will be taking place. Programme subject to the approval of the EAS 2022 Committee.

Breakfast Session
An expert is chosen by the sponsoring company (approved by the Congress Scientific Committee) to discuss a topic to a small audience of delegates (up to 100) for up to 45 minutes ( Parallel Session). Programme subject to the approval of the EAS 2022 Committee.
- Breakfast Session programme will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Programme/Website/App (subject to receipt by publishing deadline).
- Time Slots: allocated on a first come, first served basis .
- Industry sessions will be clearly indicated in the meeting timetable/Programme as: “Industry Session” not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering”.
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.

Welcome Networking Reception
Supporter will have the opportunity to promote itself through a networking reception to which all registered attendees are invited. Hospitality and any activities provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.
- Supporter’s logo on sign at the entrance to the Welcome Reception.
- Opportunity to provide items bearing company logo for use at the event.
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.
Hospitality suites/ Meeting rooms
An opportunity to hire a room at the Congress venue that may be used as a Hospitality Suite or Meeting Room. Supporter will be able to host and entertain its guests throughout the Congress. Supporters will have the option to order catering and AV equipment at an additional cost.
Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes and compliance guidelines.
- Opportunity to brand the hospitality suite.
- Acknowledgement on directional signage outside suite
Networking/ Relaxation lounges
The Networking lounge will offer an ideal place for enabling the different participants to interact and also find a place to relax between lectures within the congress days.
- A visible location will be used within the congress venue, to give the supporter the visibility for supporting this item.
- Networking lounge will be branded with Company’s name or logo .
- Opportunity to provide items bearing company logo for use within the lounge
- Support will be recognized in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the programme, on the event website, mobile application and with signage during the event.
Mail blast
Gain additional exposure for your Symposium, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Mail Blast to the preregistered delegates who have agreed to receive promotional material at a date and time coordinated with the EAS 2022 Committee.
- Exclusive**: Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter and subject to receipt by 6 weeks prior to the Congress. ”From” field will be EAS 2022
- Joint: Mail blast will list all supporting companies according to the support level. Each company will have a section of approximately 150 words. Design will be provided by Organizer.
* In the case where the supporter cannot provide a compliant HTML file, they may provide an image and it will be coded to HTML for an additional charge of € 250. Content received after the deadline may be processed for an additional fee of € 500.** Limited number of mailshots available .
Advert – inside page in e-programme
- Full inside page color advertisement in designated section of the E-Book.
- The E-Book will contain the timetable, information about the scientific programme and other useful information. It will be available to all registered participants in the virtual platform.
Advert – congress app
- The supporter will be able to provide a designed PDF to be presented in a separate tab under “Sponsored Advertisements” in the main menu of the mobile application.
- This can be used as an advertisement for your exhibition booth, Industry supported session or any other activity planned during the event.
Push notification – congress app
- One “push notification” sent to all participants* onsite through the mobile app, to be coordinated with Congress Organizer. Specifications will be provided by the congress organizers.
- The Congress App will be available for all participants who download the app.
- *Only for those participants who have opted to receive such information.
Coffee Break
The Networking lounge will offer an ideal place for enabling the different participants to interact and also find a place to relax between lectures within the congress days.
- Opportunity to have a display of company’s logo at the catering points located within the exhibit area

Branded Seats
The branded Seating Cubes or Festival Chairs are stylish and informal. This multi-purpose cardboard stool can be customized to match whatever theme you have chosen for your event. The design is subject to approval of the EAS 2022 Committee and must follow all compliance regulations.
- Opportunity to customize the seating cubes.
- 70 branded seats will be produced.
- Location of seating cubes onsite to be coordinated with Secretariat.
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the programme guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.
Charging Stations
Branded Charging Kiosk for multiple devices, including smart phones and tablets. It’s a great way to leave a lasting impression on the congress delegates.
- Opportunity to brand the virtual waiting room with the company’s logo.
- Opportunity to share a text or a video while attendees are waiting for your session to start.
Healthy Fruit Kiosk
Opportunity to support the Fruit Kiosk that will be place in the exhibition hall and will be provided in compliance with all relevant industry codes.
- Kiosk to be branded with signage including company logo/ name.
- Kiosk promotes a healthy life style to the participants
- Support will be recognized in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the programme, on the event website, mobile application and with signage during the event.
Promotional Material ( in Display Racks)
Inclusion of promotional material, such as a bookmark or one page flyer, in the brochure racks within the venue. Material should be provided by Supporter and approved by the Secretariat.

Mini Programme
- Support will be acknowledged on inside back cover as: ˝Supported by… ˝ and a company logo only
