The Congress dates for the 93rd EAS Congress are May 4-7, 2025.

Congress language
The official language of the Congress is English.
Entering the UK
ETAs will be mandatory for travel to the UK and are being introduced in several stages for different nationalities.

Each individual visitor is responsible for ensuring they have their own correct authorisation to enter the UK.
