Complimentary registration as a member of the press is conditional on acceptance of the below embargo policy. 1. Results and information related to a session at the EAS Congress cannot be presented or announced prior to presentation in the session or press conference, whichever comes first, unless otherwise instructed.2. Breaking of the embargo policy by a member of the press (reporter) will lead to:• Immediate suspension of the reporter’s media credentials• Immediate barring of the reporter from the meeting• Removal of the reporter’s name from the EAS Press distribution list for 1 year• Media outlets that employ the reporter or who hired the freelancer to write for them will be barred from accessing the following year’s EAS Congress Breaking of an embargo by another (non-media) party will equally be pursued.
